Valentine's Day Special at JAZ – A Menu Duo for Sharing
This year, JAZ Ljubljana is giving Valentine’s Day a more delicious twist. You and Me is a special menu duo designed for sharing, stealing bites, and kissing across the table.
You choose Me. I choose You. And together, there’s so much more to share between us. A menu to make memories and a little bit of a mess. Playful, nibbly and with two signature cocktails to set the romantic mood.
The Ana Negroni explores the Italian classic with wild-foraged berries and botanicals from the Soča Valley, creating a rich, complex, and utterly smooth aperitif to begin the evening.
Not French, but Isabella 75 builds on hand-crushed, fermented grapes, Slovenian gin, and house-made basil syrup for sharp green sweetness. Topped with Champagne, it’s fragrant, fresh, and easy-drinking, with a crisp edge and low sweetness — because you’re sweet enough.
Both You and Me include five courses and a signature cocktail, priced at €89 per person, with an optional wine pairing available. Served on Saturday only, for late lunch, early and late dinner — book your table and let the evening unfold.
